1 Acceptance of Terms

2.3 Single Account

Each eligible individual may hold only one active 88ffb account. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.

2.4 Exclusions

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on 88ffb:

• Any person who has previously been excluded or banned from the Platform;

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and to update that information promptly if it changes. 88ffb may reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

88ffb is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant platform. As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") process, we may require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or if unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable verification documents include:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh;
• Valid passport;
• Driver's licence issued by BRTA;
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (as proof of address, dated within 90 days).

3.3 Account Security

3.4 Account Currency

All account balances on 88ffb are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited in BDT. Visa and Mastercard transactions may be subject to currency conversion at the prevailing rate, with any applicable bank conversion fees borne by the player.

4 Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

4.3 Deposit Integrity

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 88ffb does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit found to have originated from a third-party account may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

4.4 Failed Transactions

If a deposit transaction fails after funds have left your payment account, please do not attempt the same transaction again immediately. Contact 88ffb support with the transaction reference number and the amount. Duplicate transactions arising from repeated attempts may cause delays and 88ffb accepts no liability for such delays.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals may be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the method being eligible for withdrawals. 88ffb reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative method at its discretion, provided that method is one previously registered to your account.

5.2 Processing Times

Estimated withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: 5–15 minutes after approval;
• Rocket and Upay: 15–30 minutes after approval;
• Visa and Mastercard: 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. 88ffb will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or issuing banks.

5.3 Withdrawal Fees

88ffb charges zero platform fees on any withdrawal method. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside 88ffb's control and are the player's responsibility.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, 88ffb may require:

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 88ffb are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. Cricket betting — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — is governed by the cricket betting rules published in the sports section of the Platform. 88ffb reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where the result is in dispute or where the integrity of the event has been compromised.

7.2 Casino Games

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 88ffb Platform — including but not limited to the 88ffb brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content (where applicable), and all other materials — is the exclusive property of 88ffb or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling activity in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without 88ffb's prior written consent.

13 Termination

13.1 Termination by 88ffb

88ffb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• 88ffb has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• You have failed to complete identity verification within a requested timeframe;
• You have provided false information during registration or KYC;
• You are or become ineligible under Section 2.

13.2 Termination by Player

You may close your 88ffb account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending bonus conditions will be assessed and any remaining real-money balance (net of bonuses not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, all licences granted to you under these Terms are immediately revoked. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law shall survive termination.

14 Amendments to These Terms
